As per the Rules for Organization of Urban Planning Commission in each Level of Government”as revised and promulgated by the Executive Yuan under Order No.01661 dated January 17,1996,the Committee is composed of :
and among the following:head of the competent authority or related unit;
heads of the related authorities or related unit their representatives;
experienced professionals;
persons enthusiastic for social benefits.
The number of commissioners from the first two categories above shall net be more than one half of the total number of commissioners.
